A Look at The Walking Dead- Season 6 Premiere: “First Time Again”

Let’s start over, for the sixth time and the first time again.  We ended with Deanna giving Rick the go-ahead to kill Pete, which was a necessary evil, but necessary nonetheless. But then Morgan showed up.  Where do we go from here?  Well, for starters, someone in production must have been messing with the colors since half this episode is in black and white.  This is “First Time Again.”

A Look at The Walking Dead- Season 5, Episode 9: “What Happened and What’s Going On”

So after Beth and a pair of scissors ruined a perfectly good standoff and exchange, let’s see how our walker killing group picks up right after.  “What Happened and What’s Going On” is a strong return for the rest of Season Five and, like “The Grove,” shows the price of optimism in a world filled with so much loss and danger.  It has the benefit of focusing primarily on one group and, as such, feels like a more cohesive story.
