“Into the Woods” isn’t that compelling of an episode with Jim confronting Nygma in his attempts to clear his name, but it did have a few tense moments. Meanwhile, Penguin gets his mean streak back and Bruce Wayne tires of life on the streets. Why? Because the plot and writing demand it.
